Feel Good, Acoustic, Pop-folk. Jake never intended to be on stage. In early 2006 he began road managing for Nashville independent artists Dave Barnes, Matt Wertz, and Andy Davis. Before long though, Jake began writing his own songs, and people took notice. Drawing sounds from a well of James Taylor, Hunter Hayes, Dave Barnes, & Matt Wertz, Jake's album Counting Down the Days has a pop sensibility, heartfelt lyrics and couldn't be a better record to roll the windows down and drive to. This is absolute feel good music.
